Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

All orders are processed and sent out from New Zealand. 

New Zealand: 2-3 working days. Orders are sent with Toll Freight Couriers. 

Australia: 6-10 working days. Orders are sent with NZ Post. 

Rest of World: 8-12 working days. Orders are sent with NZ Post. 

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you promptly, delays caused by New Zealand Post or Toll Freight Couriers - particularly during peak season are beyond our control. 

All international orders are subject to the custom rules and regulation of the destination country. 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has been sent out. Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to appear in the system.
